Step 1: Turn off McAfee Software.
Step 2: Re-install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC again.
Step 3: exclude 2 file of Acrobat Pro DC on McAfee.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\amtlib.dll
Step 4: turn on McAfee again and try to Open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC again.
